Clearing certain portal settings and then entering new settings resulted in the following error messages:

After successfully updating their password using the Reset Password link on the login page, users were again prompted to change their password. 109566
On mobile devices, HR Management users could access Financial Controls and Field Tools modules even without having permissions for these modules. 109521

Service Manager Dashboard

Resolved issue for hosted customers who were receiving the following error on the Service Manager Dashboard:

The update/delete/insert permission was denied on the object 'SMWorkOrder'

When trying to close out a trip on the Service Manager Dashboard, technicians could not complete the trip and experienced the following error message:

An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details. --- Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'SMTripID', table 'KDS-HRIM.dbo.TripSign'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated.

When closing a trip from the Service Manager Dashboard and sending the closeout summary email, the email distribution list set in the portal setting Work completed CC email list did not carry over.

Note: For this portal setting, use a comma to separate multiple emails per SMCo.

Work Order Dashboard / Work Orders

When adding a Labor Work Completed line to a Work Order Scope, the equipment dropdown field did not retain its value, which prevented technicians from saving and caused an error when clocking out.
